Daily capacity : 1~150ton (Average size : 6~10ton)

 

Yeild : 70~90% (appox)

 

Raw material : pp,pe,ps,abs etc (we 're not allow PVC &PET)

-PVC include lot's of hydrogen cholide(Dioxine) PET include low percentage oil (Low yeild)

But under the 5% PVC&PET, we neutralized by our chemical.

 

Catalyst : Our catalyst cut the oil carbon ring, then make 70% -> disel &kerosene fraction (only we do)

 

(Ex: light/gasoline fraction has 5 ring)

(Ex: Midium/disel&kerosene fraction has 10 ~15 ring)

(Ex: Heavy/Bunker fuel oil C has more 16 ring)

 

Gas :1) we collect produced gas

2) we wash &pufurify the gas

3) we use at gas burner fuel (save 30% heating cost)

 

Sludge : We use chemical to clean in reactor

1) After finish operation , Input the chemical.

2) The dry plastic decomposed by chemical

3) Spin the reactor ,and collect in 1 hole

4) Engineer just take the sludge into 1 hole

* The dry plastic need to be removed by engineer martelage

without chemical.

 

Produce oil : 70%- kerosene& disel fraction

15%- naptha/Sin gas

12%- sludge/ash (4500kcal)

1% - water

etc..............

 

* Our oil directly can use at generator /disel machine/ship/boiler etc...)We can adjust flash point for each using(40~60degree)

Based on 10ton(daily capacity)
